Compatibility, setup, and important information
The robot provides a stable connection and is compatible with most smartphones via the EBO ROLA app on iOS (version 10.0 and above) and Android (version 5.0 and above). It works with 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz WiFi and is not compatible with Windows or Mac. Setup is quick and simple through the mobile app, via QR code or search, with registration by phone number or email and an intuitive user experience. For optimal performance, the robot cannot cross rugs or thresholds higher than 6 mm, requires good WiFi coverage in its movement area, and the wheels should be cleaned every 1 to 2 weeks.
